The effort required from you is minimal. You just need to register your spot – we take care of the rest.
We handle the advertising, bookings, communication with drivers, and billing. You simply provide your parking spot. Your earnings are transferred to your account regularly.
Depending on the length of stay, we rent spots for around €4 to €12 per day. On average, we estimate €7 to €8 per day. Of that, you receive €6 – we keep €1.50 as our fee.
At 50% occupancy, your spot already brings in around €90 per month. Enough for a nice dinner out – paid for by the traveler who parks at your place.
If you have three spots and we manage to achieve 80% occupancy, that is already around €576 per month. Earning money has rarely been this easy.
