Choose your arrival and departure dates, select your vehicle type, and click 'Find parking spot'. We'll show you the available options near the airport — pick one, fill in your details, and pay securely. Done. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes.

When do I receive the address of the driveway?

Right after your booking is confirmed — you'll get an email with the exact address, the owner's phone number, and any specific parking instructions. No waiting, no surprises.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna Pay Now, and more. Whatever works best for you.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes — and it's completely free if you cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival.

What if my flight is delayed and I return later than planned?

Relax — we've got you. As long as you're back before 3 AM, we won't charge you for an extra day. If you can, drop the owner a quick message to let them know. They'll appreciate it.

What if my travel gets extended and I need the spot for longer?

Standard daily rates apply for the extra days. Please let us know as soon as possible at support@p1park.com — not to scold you, but because we may need to rebook other customers who reserved the spot after you.

Can I extend my booking if I'm not sure when I'm back?

Absolutely. If there's any chance you might need extra time, you're welcome to leave your car key with the driveway owner before you leave. That way, if he needs his driveway for other purposes, he can safely move your car without any stress on either side.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes, automatically. Your booking confirmation includes a full receipt. You can also download a PDF invoice from your driver dashboard at any time.

Is there a booking fee on top of the price?

No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

How far is the driveway from the terminal?

Accepted Answer

All our driveways are within 5 km of the terminal and no more than 500 metres from a bus stop. Short walk, short ride — that's the deal.

How do I get from the driveway to the terminal?

Walk to the nearest bus stop — we'll tell you exactly which one in your booking email. A regular line bus takes you to the terminal in just a few minutes. Tickets cost around €2.70. Got a Deutschlandticket? That works too.

What if I miss the bus?

The next one can be up to two hours away, so don't count on waiting. You can walk — it's likely less than an hour. Or ask around in the village: chances are a friendly neighbour will offer you a lift for a bit of pocket money.

What do I do when I arrive at the driveway?

Your confirmation email has all the details — where exactly to park and the owner's phone number. When in doubt, just call the owner directly. They're expecting you.

What if the spot is blocked when I arrive?

Call the owner first — it's usually a quick fix. If you can't reach them, call us immediately. We'll sort it out and rebook you to another available driveway nearby so you don't miss your flight.

What do I do when I return from my trip?

Accepted Answer

Head back to the same address, pick up your car, and you're done. If anything changed while you were away — like the owner needed to move your car — they'll have left you a note or sent you a message. Easy.
